Who Am I to Help You?
I’m Beatriz Victoria Albina – Master Certified Somatic Coach trained in Somatic Experiencing, Holistic Nurse Practitioner, and Breathwork Meditation Facilitator with over 20 years experience and a Masters Degree in Public Health (cough cough: NERD).
I’ve supported thousands of people through coaching and medicine, my podcast and workshops to heal their minds, bodies, and spirits.
My most important credential? Healing myself from a lifetime of being sick, sad, anxious, and codependent. I was riddled with self-doubt, shame, and guilt, disconnected from my body, and stuck in a painful cycle.
Learning somatics and all about my nervous system changed my life, and I’m here to help you do the same.
