Official Rules for the End Emotional Outsourcing™ Publication Day Party Raffle

1. Eligibility

The raffle is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Beatriz Albina LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members of each are not eligible.

2. Sponsor

The raffle is sponsored by Beatriz Albina LLC, PO 3792 Kingston, NY 12401

3. Agreement to Rules

By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements.

4. Entry Period

The raffle entry period begins at 8:00 am ET 8/1/2025 and ends at 12:01 am PST 9/21/2025. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

5. How to Enter

Purchase Method: Entrants who purchase one (1) ticket to the End Emotional Outsourcing Publication Day Party during the entry period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the raffle.

Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): No purchase necessary. To enter without purchase, email your full name and contact information to info@beatrizalbina.com. 

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) seat in one of Beatriz Albina’s upcoming Breathwork Meditation groups, valued at USD $599, or one (1) 30-minute coaching call with Beatriz Albina, valued at USD $599. Prize is non-transferable, with no cash or other substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor within 7 days after the Entry Period ends. The winner will be notified via the email address provided within 7 days following the drawing. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 7 days, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

9. Rights Granted by Entrant

By entering this raffle, entrant understands and agrees that Sponsor may use winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the raffle, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the raffle or acceptance, possession, or misuse of the prize.

12. Disputes

This raffle is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this raffle, participants agree that any disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

13. Privacy Policy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Sponsor’s website.
